I was so sorry to hear of Woody’s passing. He was such a nice man! We worked together at Burroughs and later at Unisys. Two years into working for Burroughs, I left for Southwestern Bell but eventually came back. When Woody saw me, he said what he remembered most about me was my “stubby” hands! (I guess when I was doing software demos, he’d made note of that.) It cracked me up because I was sure he was going to say that he remembered that I could keep pace with the guys in beer drinking!

When Bob and I celebrated our 10th anniversary, we threw a big party and asked people to dress in wedding attire. I have a great picture of Woody and Sally dressed to the nines.

    Woody will be missed.
