Jacoba Ligtermoet, 93, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away July 21, 2014 at Excelsior Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, under the care of Vitas Hospice. She was born February 13, 1921 in Schiedam, Holland, daughter of Jan and Jacoba VanWignen and the youngest of 13 children. She is survived by four children.
