Robert L. Fritz

Robert L Fritz, 78, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on March 21, 2021 at Olathe Health Hospice.
He was born on November 19, 1942 in California, he is survived by his wife Pamela, three sons Robert JR, Alan, David, and his two daughters Pammy, and Joanna. He was predeceased by by his oldest son Kevin who passed away in 2018.
Robert worked as a union carpenter, served as a Homicide Detective for the Kansas City Kansas Police department, Director of security for Woodlands Racing, 7th Street Casino, and performed security services for Allied Security. He also received an award from the Nobles of Ararat Shrine for dedication of service.
Robert was a devoted husband, father, & grandfather, he enjoyed watching the Chiefs football, wood working projects, vacations with his family, 4th of July at worlds of fun, watching Bonanza and Gunsmoke, water fights with friends and family, and spending time with family on holidays. He had a great sense of humor and made jokes till the end. And what brought us humor was his love for salt, he would salt all of his food.
