Obituary For Steve M. Eagan Steve M. Eagan, age 60 of Olathe, KS passed away at home on June 21, 2023, with his mother by his side. Steve was born on October 15, 1962, in Wichita, KS to James and Marlene Eagan. After graduating from S. H. Rider High in 1980, he then studied History at Midwestern State University from 1980-1983. Steve went on to earn a Master's in Management Information Systems from Friends University in 2001. He worked at Synchrony Financial for many years where he made quick friends with his managers and co-workers. Steve resided in the Kansas City metropolitan area for nearly 35 years, most recently in Olathe, KS where he was the primary caretaker for his mother. Steve is survived by his partner, Jim Clark; Mother Marlene Eagan, Sisters Sherri Miller and Jamie Holland and Husband Darrell;; Niece Kelli McKee and husband Craig Mckee, Nephews Derek Miller and Partner Pearl, Derin Miller, Devin Miller and Wife Lacey Miller, and Great-Nieces Ava Mckee, Avery Mckee, and Lorelai Miller. He was preceded in death by his Father, Mitch Eagan. A celebration of life will be July 8th from 11 am- 1pm at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral located at 415 W 13th St, Kansas City, MO 64105.
