Matthew (Matt) William Despard, aged 66, passed away peacefully in his home on March 5th, 2024. He was born October 26, 1957, in Hartford, Connecticut, to Ronald and Marlene Despard. Matt spent many years driving commercial trucks around the country, and could tell you most streets and cross-streets by the time he left the profession. Afterward, Matt settled down in Kansas City, Kansas. He is survived by his brother, Rick, and his sister, Karen. Also several nieces and nephews and a large group of friends that he considered his family as well.
