Mary Annabelle Young, 80, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away on December 18, 2023. She was bornon September 4, 1943, in Logan, West Virginia. Mary was a mother, sister, and daughter, and leavesbehind cherished memories in the hearts of her family and friends.

Mary dedicated her life to helping others as a counselor at Saint Luke's Hospital CrittentonChildren's Center. Her compassionate nature and unwavering support touched the lives of countlessindividuals and families in need. Mary's commitment to her profession was evident in the positiveimpact she made on the lives of those she served.

Mary's educational journey included attending Logan Senior High School, where she laid thefoundation for her future endeavors. She furthered her education at Huntington College of Business,equipping herself with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in her career.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mary was a mother. She is survived by her son,Micheal Cox, and her daughter, Deborah Ann Dodrill.

Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Williams, her brother, Ronald Payton, hersister, Pearl Martin, her father, Freeman Payton, and her mother, Alice Payton. While their absenceleaves a void, Mary's memory will continue to be cherished by her surviving family members.

Mary Annabelle Young will be remembered as a compassionate counselor and a beloved familymember. Her legacy of kindness and selflessness will continue to inspire those who were fortunateenough to know her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her.
