Lisa Elizabeth Miller, born on July 13, 1970, in the bustling city of New York, New York, decided to relocate her vibrance to Kansas City, Missouri, where she peacefully passed away at the age of 54 on August 10, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.Lisa's life was a tapestry woven with customer service roles that she navigated throughout her adult life, always with a smile and a witty remark at the ready. Her kitchen was her kingdom, and her culinary creations were legendary among friends and family—often cooked up with the same flair she brought to every aspect of her life.With a green thumb that could make even the most reluctant plant flourish, Lisa's gardens were a testament to her nurturing nature. She was also an avid animal lover, rescuing countless furry friends who found not just a home, but a family.Lisa was happiest at home, surrounded by her loved ones, where laughter was always abundant. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Johnny Miller, who will forever cherish their life together. Her legacy continues through her three incredible children—Andrew Michael, Tristan James, and Katerina Elizabeth—each carrying forward a piece of her spirit.Her father and stepmother, Vinnie and Nydia Ferrigno, share fond memories of Lisa's mischievous wit and boundless energy. Preceded in death by her mother, Laura Michele Wiziarde, Lisa leaves behind a vast network of family and friends too numerous to list, each one touched by her kindness and humor.Though Lisa's earthly presence has left us, the love she cultivated in her garden of life will continue to bloom in our hearts forever.
