It is with heavy hearts and cherished memories that we share the passing of Kevin Fonte on August 8, 2024.

He was born on November 1, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan. He moved to Shawnee, Kansas in 1986 where he met his wife, Dianne. They married in 1991. His life was filled with family and friends. He had a passion for food that he turned into a dedicated, life-long career that he loved. He enjoyed family time and going fishing as often as he could. His quiet demeanor, positive outlook and beautiful smile will be missed by all.

He is survived by his beloved parents, Tony and Mary; his wife, Dianne; cherished son Nicholas (Cheslea McNaughten); his precious granddaughter Ava; siblings, Mark (Celeste), Sandy (Pat) Kelly, Chris (Shana); extended family and many friends.

A private memorial was held on August 16, 2024. For all who wish to attend, a Celebration of Life will be held on November 1, 2024, from 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm at Shawnee Town Hall, 11600 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS. Casual attire. A tribute will take place that evening at 6:00 pm.
