Delores Hill, 83, Shawnee, Kansas, passed peacefully at her home, surrounded by family on March 10, 2021. Delores was born April 14, 1937, in Enid, OK. She moved to Newton, Kansas, where she married Jerry D Hill and raised her family. Delores enjoyed fishing, boating, and camping with her family. Later in life, she moved to Kansas City, where she was a manager at Waid's Family Restaurant for 30 years until retirement. Delores is survived by her son, Gary Hill, (Vickie) of Newton, Kansas; daughters, Debra Fulton of Roeland Park, Kansas, and Susan Ray of the home; her grandchildren Christopher Fulton, Patrick Fulton, Terri Ray, and her two great-grandchildren, Carter and Ellie Fulton. Delores was preceded in death by her beloved son, Terry Hill; her parents, Cecil Cain and Evelyn Cain Lett; step-father, Harold Lett; brothers, Fred Cain and Eddie Lett; sisters, Treva Lett Lindley and Sharon Lett; and numerous nieces and nephews. Service Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family has decided not to schedule a memorial service.
