It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. David Wayne Walls, age 63, of Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on April 14, 2024, in Edwardsville, Kansas. He was born on September 8, 1960, to Mary Andersen and Robert Joseph Walls in Kansas City, Kansas.

He is survived by his son Zachary Gharst and Zachary's wife and daughter, his mother Mary Harrelson, his brother, Mike Juranich and Mike's wife Diane, his sister Tammy Walls, and two nephews who loved him dearly, Marcus and Michael.

David was a kind person, always willing to help others. He lived with our 95-year-old mother and took care of her.

He attended City Center Church, formerly known as Lenexa Christian Center, where he found solace and community. One thing is perfectly clear, his faith in God was abundant.

David Walls will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His spirit, characterized by generosity, warmth, and a genuine love for helping, will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all the lives he touched.

Rest in Peace, dear brother, you will always be in our hearts.
