Catherine M. Thomas, 85, passed away on March 14, 2013. Catherine was born on September 3, 1927 in Kansas City, MO, to Roy and Ruth Hill. She worked for the Marine Corps Finance Center and later retired. She loved music, writing, reading, and movies. Catherine is survived by her children, Robert (Bernadette) Thomas Jr. , Deborah (Alfred) Gerow, and Jeff (Inga) Thomas; four grandchildren, Becky, Bonnie, Jeff Jr. , and Jenna. She was preceded in death by her sisters and parents. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandma, and friend. She will be greatly missed. Memorial contributions can be made to the MS Society.
