In Loving Memory of Carol Pinnick (Sperry)
July 13, 1945 – July 5, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful, wonderful wife and mother, Carol Jean Pinnick, who left us unexpectedly on July 5, 2025, just days before her 80th birthday. She passed away at home after a long and courageous journey with Alzheimer’s disease.
Throughout her life, Carol was devoted to her family, always placing others before herself. She was selfless and compassionate and had a great sense of humor. Her home was filled with love, laughter, and memories that we will cherish forever. Even as Alzheimer’s gradually took part of her from us, her kindness and love still shined through in her smile, reminding us daily of her enduring spirit.
She spent many years working as a commercial loan closer, where her attention to detail and steady professionalism earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of her career, Carol found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She had a gift for sewing and crocheting, often creating beautiful handmade pieces that her family will treasure forever. Carol was an excellent cook and baker. She also loved spending time outdoors, especially camping, fishing, and boating with her husband Robert.
One of her greatest passions was preserving family history. She dedicated countless hours to organizing and documenting family photos and genealogy, leaving behind a legacy that connects generations and tells the story of who we are.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Pinnick, children, Mark Pinnick and Terre Bobbitt (Tony), Grandchild, Jaclynn Burchett (Logan), and great grandchildren, Reagan and Kennedy. Her memory will live on in the stories we share, the values she taught us, and the love she poured into our lives every day.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice.
Though her time with us ended too soon, her love will stay with us always. We miss her deeply, but we are comforted knowing she is at peace.
