Carol Ann Spencer, 57, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away July 10, 2012 at the Kansas City Hospice House. She was born September 28, 1954 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of William and Juanita Smith Spencer. Carol was preceded in death by her father and brother, Robert Spencer. She is survived by her son, David Rushing and her mother. A visitation will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Shawnee Park Christian Church, 16500 Midland Drive, Shawnee Mission, KS 66217 followed by a Memorial Service at 3 pm.
