He is survived by his son, Kevin; former wife, Dianne Spradlin; mother, Viola Spradlin; brothers, John DeLong, Donald Spradlin, Chris Spradlin, and sisters, Janice Rupp and Diane Wood. He was preceded in death by his father Roy Spradlin. Services at a later date.
