Bill Stephen, passed away on July 14, 2022, in his hometown of Kansas City, Kansas. He was born on April 8, 1958. Bill was survived by his mother Toni Stephen, his father William Stephen, his daughter Denicia Nunez,his sister Virginia Stephen and significant other Marti Schneider. He was a proud Union Carpenter and proud to have served in the Air Force. He will be remembered forhis lifelong passion for art, music, gardening, cooking, and fishing. You will always stay deep in our hearts; loved and missed every day.
