Bernice Sue Vogts Born June 22, 1957 - Died December 11, 2021 Bernice Sue Vogts, 64, Osawatomie, KS passed away December 11, 2021, at her home. Bernice was born in Hutchinson, KS. She was adopted by her parents Merle and Nadine Vogts, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her Partner Steven Davis Sr, her daughter, Amanda Lehmann, Son Jason Vogts, and her Grandson, Alex Pollard, two brothers, Keith Vogts and Timothy Vogts and two sisters, Connie Howell and Carol Lilich. She attended the Kansas School for the Deaf in Olathe, KS. In her adult life she had been married and had two children. She always had a childhood sweetheart according to her daughter. Mr. Steven Davis Sr. and Bernice had dated briefly in High School and then lost touch with each other. They both had grown, married, and had children. By happenstance they found each other later in life and had been together for several years before her passing. They resided in Osawatomie, KS. Bernice loved crafting and creating things. She worked for Fed ex and then retired. Service Her Celebration of life will be held at the Olathe Club for the Deaf on Saturday, January 22, 2021, at noon. Family and Friends are invited to attend and remember Bernice. Hor d'oeuvre's will be served. She will be laid to rest at later date.
