Benny Ray Bowen, 52, of Atchison, Kansas was called to his Heavenly home on September 2, 2012 after struggling with a long illness. Benny loved fast cars, motorcycles, horses, his family and the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Nancy Bowen, and his daughter, Sarah Lee Bowen. Benny is survived by his daughter Racheal Miller and granddaughter Ava; his son, Mycol Bowen; and his siblings George Jr Bowen, Annie Black, Wanda Bowen, Ronnie Bowen and Lisa Winn. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Countryside Baptist Church of McLouth.
