Barry D. Fowler, born Feb. 9, 1945, in New London, CT. , died June 13, 2022, in Kansas City, MO. Barry shared his life with sons, Kristopher and Matthew and an array of beloved pets. Barry was retired from the Civil Air Patrol, achieving the rank of major during his service. He was also retired from the US Postal Service after 36 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Olive Charlene and Clifford Fowler, and is survived by his sons and his brother, Terry Fowler.
