Barbara Rue, 78, of Independence, Missouri, passed away June 30, 2015. Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Randy Rue. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia DeGhelder and her favorite son-in-law, Doug, four grandchildren, Kadi, Mindy, Kelli and Dave, seven great-grandchildren, brother, Roger Swope, sister, Ruth Yewell and nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Barbara's life will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 19901 E. Valley View Parkway, Independence, MO on Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
