Adrianne Leigh Biorkman, age 39, passed away December 19, 2018, at her home in Lenexa, KS. Adrianne was born July 26, 1979, in Indianapolis, IN, to Darl Steven Moreland and Jowanna (Amick) Shaffer. She was a 1997 graduate of Fairview High School in Fairview, TN, and went on to complete a bachelor's degree at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. On August 12, 2000, Adrianne married the love of her life, Carey Biorkman, and they had one daughter and one son. She was very devoted to her family and loved the Lord. Adrianne enjoyed working as a paraeducator at Prairie Trail Middle School and was pursuing a graduate degree at the time of her death. She is survived by her husband, Carey; daughter, Molly; son, Robert; mother, Jowanna (PJ) Shaffer; father, Darl (Maryann) Moreland; brother, Paul (Emily) Shaffer; and sister Leah (Jackie) McMahon. Service: The memorial service will be held 11:00 a. m. Saturday, December 29 at Lenexa Baptist Church, 15320 W 87th St Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66219.
