    Hi Cathy-
I’m saddened to hear about your mom. I have very fond memories of her. She always welcomed me at your home and found us a treat when we came in from jumping on the trampoline! It is never easy losing a mom or a parent. I will keep you and Mike in my thoughts and in my prayers.
    Love, Joanie

I was sad to hear of Marne’s death. I knew both Bob and Marne through Leawood United Methodist Church when I worked in the church office. They were both dedicated “behind-the-scene” volunteers in many helpful ways. Even after I retired, Marne and two other members kept in touch by going to lunch to celebrate each other’s birthdays. I visited with Marne the first part of December and she said she could not join us because of her breathing problems. We will miss her, but will always cherish the memories of those times together.
