James Christopher Conway

James C. “Jimmy” Conway, 45, of Tonganoxie, Kansas, passed away February 9, 2012.

He was born May 30, 1966 in Kansas City, Kansas and lived in the Tonganoxie area his entire life. Jim is survived by his wife Jennifer, one son, Colton, two daughters Dakota and Katherine all of the home, and one step-daughter, Kristi Williams of La Vernia, Texas. He is also survived by his paternal grandfather, James H. Conway of Topeka, his father Michael (Micky), Kansas City, his mother Carol Conway, Tonganoxie, one brother, David (Laurie) of Lawrence, Kansas, his in-laws, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews as well as a host of friends.

The family extends a special thanks to Bill and Barb Baker, Jennifer Tate and all the care givers from Crossroads Hospice for their loving care during this difficult time. The family requests no flowers, but suggests memorial contributions be made to Genesis Christian Academy, 204 Washington, Tonganoxie, KS 66086.
There will be a private service for Jim following cremation.

    Mike-Carol-Jennifer…words cannot express how sad I am for your loss. Jimmy was a very special person and I thought a lot of him. We shared some very special memories early in high school,I will never forget. I know that your family with get thru this and be stronger.
