Ira Gene Clark, 73, of Osawatomie, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014 in Osawatomie with his wife, Donna, by his side. Ira was born in Rosedale, Kansas. He loved his family and enjoyed working on classic cars, his dogs, fishing, Elvis music and coaching his sons’ little league teams. He was a member of the Kansas Outlaws Car Club and treasured the friendships he made with the members. A special thank you from the family to the members for their support

Ira is survived by his wife Donna Clark, Osawatomie, sons Ed Clark, Edwardsville, KS, Steve Clark, Overland Park, KS and James Cassity, Kansas City, KS and his daughters, Lori Dooley, Lee’s Summit, MO, Candy Clark, Bonner Springs, KS, Mayme Miller, Peculiar, MO and Cindy Webb, Belton, MO. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2-4pm on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at his home.

    Ira was good man, we came from the same part of town and shared many stories over the years. R.I.P. my friend….
