DeLana Renae Dunkin, 47, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away March 22, 2012 at Research Medical Center.

Memorial Services will be at 6 pm, Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Lifequest Church in Belton, Missouri. 

She was born March 11, 1965 in Kansas City, MO, daughter of James and Irene Lee. Delana was a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area. She devoted her life to her family and their needs.

Surviving are her husband Larry Joe Dunkin, children Michelle, Larry Joe, Jr., and Shane Dunkin, and Stacey Alleman, her brother Rick Adams, nieces Nakia Stockbauer, Holly Adams and Amanda Myers and nephew Ryan Adams, 10 grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.

    Hey Joe: “It’s Greg Cochran, your ex-wife Betsy’s cousin.” Sorry to hear about the death of your wife. In fact, I read her death notice in the Sunday’s KC Star. I now reside in Holden, MO I live on disability stay@home father married with 2 sons: Colin, 11 and Ian, 8 plus Ian, is autistic with special needs and I also volunteer with the Special Olympics in which Ian participates in.
