Pam, Charity, Danny, Sarah and family:
I am Danny’s niece. My Dad is Wesley Bittiker, Danny’s oldest brother. My family resided in South Dakota and for that reason we didn’t get to spend much time with the family, but ALWAYS enjoyed the times we did. Danny always welcomed with a big ol’ hug and he always had that twinkle in his eye. So sorry for your loss. He will be missed. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

Pam and family, we are so sorry for your loss. We have had the pleasure of being your neighbor for many many years, and have enjoyed the time spent with Dan. Russell and Dan spent many good times discussing cars, and I always looked forward to the summers knowing Dan would show up at the front door with tomatoes because you planted “too many”. Our kitchen is a much better place because of Dan! He was a great man and a great friend, and we will miss him much.

    Love, Russell and Sandi Peterson

Dear Pam and family, Charity, Danny J and families:

I am Danny’s oldest niece, Melanie, daughter of Wes Bittiker. Having grown up in South Dakota, I didn’t get to see much of Danny but when I did, he always greeted me with a bear hug and a kiss and that always made me feel special. We are only a year and a half apart in age.

I and my family are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers; hoping Danny is at peace now. We are planning to come to his memorial this weekend and hoping to see you all.

    Love, Melanie, Rich, and family

We are neighbors of Danny’s sister Sherye and husband Tom Gibson of LaPorte, Texas. We were all victims of Hurricane Ike and Danny came to help his sister with her home. He worked non-stop and was such a blessing to them. We all became friends and his humor and laughter kept us all going during these horrible times. We always looked forward to Danny’s future visits. He will be missed, but remembered with high regard. Soar with the Eagle’s Danny! Take care Bittiker family our thoughts are with you.
