Cynthia Regina Powers, 68, passed away peacefully at her home in Kansas City, MO on Monday, June 21, 2021. She was a beacon of light to many, with her vibrant smile, infectious zeal, and incredible intellect. Her creative and generous spirit will long be celebrated by her loved ones.

Cynthia, known to many as Cindy, blessed many lives and served many roles. Her copious interests and areas of work & study ranged from health care to art, from television production to law practice, research, and writing. She most notably became a Professional Grandma.
