Christopher Thomas Berthot, 36, of Chanute, Kansas, passed away March 19, 2013 at his home.

He was born November 25, 1976 in Ft. Scott, KS, son of Gerald and Linda Smith Berthot.

He is survived by his parents and two chlidren.

Celebration of Life will be held in Chanute.
