Christopher Michael McQueen

Christopher M. McQueen, 27, of Leawood, Kansas, tragically passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012.

Chris entered this world on April 1, 1985 in Houston, Texas. Although Chris lived most of his life in The Woodlands, Texas, he had made a new home in Kansas, where he had moved to be with his beloved fiance.

Chris had a passion for music and was known for his ability to play the guitar and drums. He also enjoyed traveling, trying new foods, and being a competitive gamer. Chris will always be remembered by those who love him for his wonderful sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family but will be forever engraved in their hearts.

Chris is survived by his mother, Denise McQueen, fiance Shelly Hodges, brothers Corey and Chase McQueen, and grandmother Evelyn Nichols.  He was preceded in death by his uncle, Marlon Nichols.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
