Charles M. “Chuck” Barlow, 61, passed away unexpectedly on December 10, 2020. He was born May 19,1959 in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended Shawnee Mission North High School and graduated from Blue Valley in 1977. He was a Certified Master Mechanic. He is survived by his father, Charles E. Barlow (Cricket) of Parkville, MO, his mother Betty Willits Perryman of Merriam, KS, his sister, Andrea Pawlowski (Tom), Lansing, KS; his brother, Shawn Barlow, Bonner Springs, KS; two nieces, Katie Payne and Cassie Pawlowski, two nephews, Cliff Nelson and Chris Nelson; other family members and friends.
