So sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing. We have very fond memories of both Chuck & Lucille @ Joan Smalley’s house (mother-n-law). Gary’s memories of Chuck going further back than my own. I know he is smiling down on everyone with his beloved by his side.
God Bless you all.
Just know that you and yours are in our thoughts and prayers. He must have been quite a guy.
Chuck and I served together from Fort Leavenworth to Miami, to Greely Colo., Jefferson Barracks, and for 19 months at Borquin Field, Peurto Rico, he sang at my wedding, we played together at the Lake of the Ozarks. It was a priviledge to know him and to be his friend.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your name.
