Bernard “Bernie” Larson, Sr.

On Wednesday, August 5th, Bernard “Bernie” Larson, Sr. passed away at the age of 79.
Bernie graduated High School in 1959 from Southwest High in Kansas City, MO.
He served in the Navy 1960-1964. He retired from the Post Office after 30 years there.
Survived by wife Barbara; son, Bernard Jr.; daughter, Diana, and sister, Karen, Bernie was a life-long golfer and fan of Royals baseball. He was known for his interest in Pontiac muscle cars and was a huge animal lover, especially his feline family members. His interests also included a love of history, mainly regarding ancient Egypt and WW II, and general mischief.
