Rosemary Kasselman, 91, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away November 26, 2013 in her home under the care of her family and Sacred Heart Hospice.
She was born February 9, 1922 in West Hammond Village, Illinois. She was employed in the aircraft industry during WW II and was a “Rosie the Riveter”. She worked at the Kansas School for the Blind as a cook and a houseparent.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived by her daughters, Patricia Bradshaw and Tamra Adam, her sons Tom, Jerry and Jack Kraus and David McDonald and many grandchildren.
A memorial celebration will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 30, 2013 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 94th & State Ave., KCKS. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Sacred Heart Hospice or to the charity of your choice.
