Robert “Bob” E. Larsen

Robert “Bob” E. Larsen, 80, of Olathe, Kansas passed away October 20, 2017. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas on May 9, 1937 to Carl and Katherine Larsen. He owned Larsen Construction prior to going into commercial building and was a proud former long time member of Olathe Masonic Lodge #19 and Abdallah Shriners Escorts.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Judy (Lambeth) Larsen, son Jimmy Larsen, daughter Linda Hill, daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Steve Rider, grandchildren Jay Hill, Valerie Hill, Lindsey Hill, Sabrina Larsen, Lee Larsen, and Parish Rider and great grandchildren Shawn Oliver, Logan Conner, Kallen Hill, and Penelope Salazar, and brother Gene Larsen.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Katherine Larsen, mother-in-law and father-in-law Buck and Irene Frazee, sons Joe Larsen, Karl Larsen, and Jerry Larsen and grandson Daniel Larsen.

Bob was a caring man with a heart of gold. He loved tinkering in his garage with all of his tools. He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends. Go Rest High!!!

​          There will be a Celebration of Life service at 11:30, Saturday, October 28 at Gardner Grange, 136 East Washington Street, Gardner, Kansas.

    I am so sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. He was such a wonderful neighbor to me. He loved to come by on a mower and make Ohio Dr look nice. I was so appreciative and he always accepted a cold bottle of water in payment. He will be missed my many. Add me to that list.
